In the presence of the Governor in charge of Qatif, the President of the Chamber and a number of dignitaries and businessmen, Asharqia Chamber opened its new building/branch in Qatif Governorate.
Al Otishan: this project is an additional support for the Chamber's efforts and assets in upgrading the level of service of the business sector in the governorate.
The governor in charge of Qatif province "Falah Salman Al-Khalidi" inaugurated the project of Asharqia Chamber's building located on Riyadh Street in Qatif on Wednesday evening February 21, 2018. This inauguration took place with the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber (Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Otishan), members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, and a number of members of Qatif Business Council and the business sector.
On the sidelines of the opening, Al Khalidi praised the efforts of Asharqia Chamber in contributing to the continuous development of the services of the business sector as well as facilitating the economic process in the region. He also noted that the building is a distinctive mark in the province.
In addition, the Chamber President (Al Otaishan) continued to support the efforts and activities of the Chamber in the province. He appreciated the support provided by the province to facilitate the work of the building, as it will play a key role in developing the level of service directed to the participants and the business sector in Qatif.
Al Otishan said that the new building and its services would emphasize the importance of Qatif province. It also would highlight its distinguished economic and investment position through the business sector, which will be promising features on the investment map in correspondence with the Kingdom's vision of 2030.
He pointed out that the new project reflects the development of the Chamber's performance and its expansion in the Eastern Region, while reflecting the growth and development of the business sector in the region.
Al-Otaishan added that Asharqia Chamber pays close attention to its subscribers in various branches. And it always strives to be more effective in providing its services because these branches would add more values to the business prospects of the national economy.
The Chamber's branch in Qatif consists of 3 floors that include a number of meeting and training and waiting rooms, a business club. It also has a dedicated office for the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, administrative offices, certification offices, and multi-use halls.
