More than 10 thousand qualified establishments in the service of Jadir
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Small and Medium Enterprises Center, in cooperation with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises "Monsha'at", organized a workshop today, Monday, August 26, 2024, to introduce the "Jadeer Service for Qualifying Small and Medium Enterprises".
The Director of Capacity Building at the Authority, Muhammad Hab Al-Reeh, said that the Jadeer service aims to qualify and empower small and medium enterprises as a pre-qualification to prove their capabilities and qualifications to service partners from the public and private sectors, which contributes to facilitating their access to purchasing opportunities, in addition to increasing the percentage of local content by linking small and medium enterprises with service partners.
He pointed out that the service contributes to addressing the obstacles of unqualified enterprises, increasing reliability with service partners for qualified enterprises, and raising the efficiency of registered enterprises through qualification processes. It also enables partners to obtain a diverse base of activities and provide a base of qualified and sized enterprises in addition to a file containing all the facility information.
Regarding the advantages of the qualification certificate, he said that qualified establishments receive a 25 percent exemption on brokerage services for all financing products provided by partners, exemption from administrative fees when wishing to obtain financing solutions and reducing the establishment's experience period to 6 months when requesting financing. It is noteworthy that more than 10,000 establishments are qualified in the Jadir service, varying in the sectors of administrative services and support services (18 percent), wholesale and retail trade (17 percent), construction sector (15 percent), manufacturing industries (14 percent), professional, scientific and technical activities (11 percent), communications and information technology (8 percent), training and education sector (4 percent), and establishments in various sectors at a rate of (13 percent).
