Shuaa Abdullah Al-Duhailan, Head of the Women's Centers Committee in Asharqia Chamber, confirmed the Committee's keenness to meet officials in the relevant bodies to discuss the challenges facing the sector.
She explained that the Committee recently held a meeting with the Director General of the Inspection Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development Branch in the Eastern Region, Aref bin Mohsen Al -Shehri, at the branch headquarter, during which they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation with the administration in the service of the sector's affiliates and contribute to the development of the mechanism of work in it.
She noted that the meeting reviewed many of the challenges, and it launched a number of initiatives that would improve the services provided to the Sector of Women's Centers in the region.
On the other hand, the Committee held a meeting that was chaired by Al-Duhailan at the Businesswomen's Center in Khobar. She discussed the preparations for the expanded meeting of the workshops and Women's Centers and Salons.
The meeting will be held by the Committee on Monday, 26 November 2018, at the headquarter of the Chamber.
The meeting was attended by the Director of Women Entrepreneurship in the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Afnan Bent Asaad Al Babtain, where she reviewed the role of "Monshaat" in supporting the business sector and working to identify the challenges facing the sector of women's centers in the Eastern Region and propose innovative solutions in coordination with the relevant authorities.
