Alam Information Security Advisor (ALAM), who provides the service Muhammed bin Wafaa Meshaal, said in the workshop that Masarat is an advanced electronic service that Masarat and monitors vehicles directly and geographically. It also provides follow up to the drivers and supervises their leadership behavior. Including the follow up of records, maintenance and operation and follow up renewal of documents, and management of ways to benefit through a specialized service rental management.
He added that "Masarat" is a specialized system that supports the efficiency of operation based on periodic analytical indicators and reports. This service is directly linked to the traffic departments through Tamm network to update the vehicle information daily delegation operations electronically. Meshaal said that the service has three optional packages. The first is the vehicle rental management package. It deals with all daily and other leasing operations starting with the leasing contract, issuing the authorization to connect with the Tamm service, handing over the vehicle.
The second package is the maintenance and operations department for vehicles, which is the management and scheduling of the periodic maintenance of vehicles, or maintenance requests resulting from accidents and accidents, in addition to the management and scheduling of operating orders for vehicles and determine the route of each.
The third package is the direct tracking of the vehicles and the instantaneous follow up of the situation on the map and the possibility of stopping them safely when needed, in addition to receiving alerts about the variables that the entity wants to track, such as speeding, and also the identification of specific areas of movement of vehicles and alarm in case of exceeding.​
