Legal lectures on (woman agent choice) at the East Chamber
The East Chamber representative by the businesswomen Center in cooperation with the fulfillment of women's rights institution general awareness lecture within the program entitled Know your rights (woman agent choice) will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the headquarters of the main Chamber in Dammam.
The program hosts to talk about the lecture lawyer and legal adviser and member of the Assembly Judiciary Arabia Abdul Mohsen bin Mohammed Almehraj that deals with several important themes in this regard, including: choosing a specialist agent in the pleadings standards either the courts, as well as financial transactions address.
Almehraj also reviews the practical steps when dealing with the agent with respect to matters of his contract and prepare the appropriate version of the agency for which the principal right and explains the duties of the agent toward his client.
And Almehrej offers general advice when preparing the Agency and the power of attorney, the excesses of some of the agents are located and how to address them as well as to discuss some of the agency finishes cases, words power of attorney in the pleadings and financial transactions.
The Chamber called for business specialists and legal professionals and women interested in this side of the post to attend and enrich the meeting with narratives and interventions that discuss women's concerns in this aspect, the island hall has also been allocated meeting.
