Launching the Rehabilitation Program for the human resources specialists
in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund
Asharqia Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched the Rehabilitation Program for Human Resources Specialist in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund "HADAF" in the presence of 40 trainees is specialized in the program, which began last week with the work of human resource development and will last for one month, during which the trainee to get the basic skills of the work of a specialist human resources.
The Chamber General-Secretary, Mr. Adnan Al-Nuaim said that this program is one of the output of the cooperation agreement concluded earlier with the Fund's East branch to take advantage of national cadres in the employment of Saudis and the achievement of overall strategic objectives of both parties through several mechanisms, notably the proposal of training programs that meet the needs of the sector the private workforce, according to the fund support programs for training linked to employment.
For his part, Director of Human Resources Development Fund "HADAF" in the Eastern Province, Mr.Abdulaziz Al-Yousef said that the program is interested in the manpower planning and facilities management functions and ways of attracting staff, selection and appointment, in addition to developing the skills of the preparation of rehabilitation programs for new staff and evaluate their career performance.
He also mentioned that the program differs from other training programs by including the workshops the based the theoretical work of trainees that they learn from reality, ensuring maximum utilization of the program.
