Labor stopped its services for 953 schools and a special facility for violation of "wage system"
The Ministry of labor called upon enterprises and institutions in the Kingdom against complacency in the commitment to ' pay ' the protection applied to private sector institutions within a given timetable. Noting that it is going to take stern actions against non-compliant and that the Ministry is serious about sanctions. The Director of Administration for the inspection of the Ministry of labor Faisal bin Harun during the workshop which was held yesterday morning in the main Chamber in the presence of a large number of business owners said that the program aims at creating a database containing updated information on the remuneration of employees in the private sector, and to measure the commitment of enterprises to pay wages on time and in the agreed value, reducing the differences in remuneration between enterprises and workers in the private sector. He said that the Ministry had not applied the system in one go but gradually in the application according to the timetable it had begun applying to private schools, institutions with more than 3,000 workers and establishments with more than 2,000 workers will be applicable to establishments with 1,000 more workers starting from 1 March 2014 and establishments with 500 workers and more on 7/1/2014 and establishments with 200 more workers on 1/10/2014 or institutions with 100 more workers on 1/1/2015 and will be Scheduling software application on at least 100 workers later, pointing out that all facilities have the right to participate in the pilot system prior to the date of obligation and will not incur any penalties or reviews
