Industrial Committee explores the impact of increasing electricity tariffs on the sector
The Industrial Committee explores the impact of increasing the electricity tariffs on the industrial sector, and decided to take some awareness steps for the factory owners and urging them to rationalize consumption.
Committee have decided in its meeting held yesterday, Tuesday, June 15th, 2010 under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Abdullah bin Al Sanae to form a working group for the second second industrial city and observe the situation of the city and the industrialists concerns and then submit the report to the Committee.
Moreover; the committee has reviewed a presentation by Dr. Ali Shash on the industry and its importance, also a presentation of the Advisory Office in charge by the Chamber in order to develop a strategic plan for the committee.
