Human Resources Committee publishes a directory for on job training.
the Human Resources Committee in eastern chamber has published (the directory for on job training) to assist human resources officials in the small and medium enterprises in developing training programs that are held in workplaces and joined by the new staff for training and rehabilitation.
The directory consists of five chapters with a number of attached models, and the first chapter provides detailed information relating to training on-the-job, which is usually called on the job, the employee trainee is committed to after a period of joining the job in order to improve his skills or gaining new skills .. explaining the most important means of this type of training.
And in the second quarter it displays a directory the most important success factors of the training program at the head of the workers and the most important is to choose the right staff for the job, which requires a procedure of several tests for admission.
In the third chapter the directory presents the technical picture of the training plan on top of workers and that starts from the design of the plan, and their numbers, and confirmation, and publicizes it, and then implements and follow up the implementation process.
In the fourth chapter it presents the administrative function of the on job training plan, which is usually pre-training and post-employment and in the fifth chapter it deals with measuring department's satisfaction.
