Human Resources Committee and (Hadaf) discuss the needs of the Saudi labor market
The Chamber represented by the human resources Committee Hosted the branch manager of the human resources development Fund (aim) abdullaziz Yousef at a meeting held on Tuesday 16 December 2014 to discuss many issues that contribute to the development of the private sector employment and human resources development programs. Saleh Al Humaidan Said, who chaired the meeting at the headquarters of the main Chamber in Dammam that UNFPA has reviewed a number of programs that are running and that the quality of human resources and upgrade its services, namely: support program for wages, bonus program, serious work, and job stability, incentives program and the pathways program and the rehabilitation and training, vocational education program, the program for bonus pay settlement. Al Humaidan noted that the meeting discussed the needs of the labor market and the need to provide modern studies of recruitment strategies are built according to the construction looking forward has both public and private sectors.
