The Committee of Housing and Urban Development of Asharqia Chamber, has praised during a recent meeting, the role of the Ministry of Housing in the establishment of (Itmam) centers developers services, which comes in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030, by activating the partnership and transparency between governmental sectors and citizens and real estate developers.
The Vice Chairman of the Committee, Eng. Hamed bin Hamri, who chaired the meeting yesterday Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the main Chamber headquarters, said that (Itmam ) centers contribute to a great extent in speeding the procedures and facilitate all the necessary services in residential projects implemented by real estate developers, pointing that the Committee has discussed during the meeting the followed strategy for the year 2016, which starts from a clear vision that the Committee of housing and Urban development in Asharqia Chamber being the main supporter to the progress of the field of urban development in the region.
Ben Hamri said that the Committee of Housing and Urban Development is working in accordance with the approved plan, to overcome the challenges faced by real estate developers, and enhancing the concept of the specialized real estate development, in addition to finding and improving the integrated financing solutions that contribute to the support of urban development and housing industry.
The Committee has concluded the meeting by thanking the work team prepared a memorandum of cooperation with Jones Lang LaSalle Saudi Arabia Limited company, which aims to serve the business sector by improving the transparency of real estate information through data collecting from the top real estate developers on a regular basis for the issuing of real estate economic indicators, which is positively reflected on the real estate development system as a whole in the region.
