Funding, municipal employment requests and labour offices are the most important challenges facing young businesswomen.
Previous workshops for the young businesswomen forum to be held at 3 to 4 April at the Chamber headquarters located in Dammam under the title (Young Businesswomen Forum ...Development and Leadership) summarized that funding requests, municipalities and Labour offices are the major difficulties faced by young businesswomen in terms of the private sector competition and establishment of investment projects in finance and business sectors.
Workshop explained the main reasons underlying such difficulties since agreed that determining the investor age and the small amount of money given to the project, in addition to the high cost of loans and management fees, short repayment period are the most prominent difficulties.
The lack of a women's section, electronic systems to monitor transactions, lack of licenses for certain activities, the lack of a procedural manual and women's sites requirements are confusing the registration procedures of the project in the municipalities.
The participants during the workshop explained that the long procedures in the Ministry of Labor computer systems takes a long time, also the lower estimates for the project needs through the difficulty of granted visas leads to such damage in different procedure routines.
Workshops held during last January and February in Dammam, Jubail and Al Khobar aims to discuss the most important difficulties and obstacles facing young businesswomen in the finance & business sectors, finding solutions to raise it in the (Young Businesswomen Forum . .Development and leadership) as compiled by Hind Khalid Al Zahid, Manager of Business women Center & Ella Ashadawi, ( Chariman of the Young Businesswomen Consul),also Wejdan AlSaeed(Vice Chairman),Dina AlFaris, Hana AlMouaibed,MuniraAl-Zamil & Hana AlShayje(Members of the Counsil).
