An awareness lecture organized in Asharqia Chamber in its branch in Jubail.
Specialists have stressed the need to
stick to safety standards for the safety in transportation by following the
rules of the traffic on the roads. Amir Al Badarnah said in an awareness
lecture titled (safety in road transportation) targeting supervisors in the
road transport sector in collaboration with
the Middle East training Logistics Institution, the morning of Tuesday,
November 1- 2016. The lecture to be held at 10 am on Wednesday,
November 2 at the headquarters of the Chamber branch in Jubail discusses several topics:
the importance of the application of safety systems, safe driving and its role
in reducing accidents, and how to deal with the transportation and storage of
dangerous materials, and the importance of training in raising the performance
of the drivers and their response to emergencies, and a program to inspect
trucks, the effect of stress on increasing the number of accidents.
Al Badarnah explained that the attention of civil societies and governments of road
safety has grown in the Arab world because of the rise in deadly accidents that
happen odaily, due to the human losses linked
to accidents in roads, the governments in the Arab countries is paying greater
attention to the actions that lead to improve the conditions of road safety, vehicles and driving
regulations and professional safe training for drivers.
Also provide
professional road transportation for vehicles and all the training requirement
for professionals, and improving the performance of supervisors and drivers and
improve their skills by raising the awareness level of their safety systems,
and defining the safety program based on the behavior and its importance in
reducing the risks, and the importance of evaluating risks
in transportation operations, and how to report accidents and analyzing them , through the promotion of road
safety culture within the industry and by supporting all road safety measures
aimed at effectively the main cause of accidents involving commercial vehicles.
The
importance of the application of safety systems, preventive driving and their
role in reducing accidents, how to deal with the transportation and storage of
dangerous materials, the importance of training to raise the drivers performance
and responding to emergencies, inspecting trucks program, and the effect of
stress in increasing the rate of accidents.
