(The Role of National Human Resources in Technology Transfer) A forum organized by the Asharqia Chamber in cooperation with Saudi Aramco under the sponsorship of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz on Monday, April 19, 2010 is having a number of local experts and specialists in human resources matters and their relationship to technology.
AlRashid said that these posts will be devoted to the forum in order to evaluate the relationship between national efficiency and technology transfer, through the shedding of this elite speakers highlighted the role of national competence assessment in support of the localization of the industry, technology transfer and knowledge through the study of the domestic market and benefit from the successful experience of foreign markets.
AlRashid explained that the chamber is involved in the issues of settlement out of its commitment to support national efforts in promoting private sector participation in development projects by raising the performance to be more productive and competitive.
For his part,Mr. Khalid Bin Abdullah Al Zamil,The Strategic Sectors Chairman said that the Forum scientific program includes 4 scientific sessions, stating that the forum and through its sessions and working papers seeking to make the "Assessment of the situation of Saudi human resources in the private sector," and seeks to "take advantage of transfer of technology to enhance and improve and maintain the competitiveness of national human resources ", which works to monitor" the size of the financial requirements for the human resources development to be able to support the technology transfer, "and monitor the contribution of the education system and training centers in the development of national human resources ", and "The role of Saudi Industrial Development Fund in the development of human resources in the industrial sector" .
Saudi Aramco participates through a working paper by the Career Consultant in Saudi Aramco, Mr.Fahad bin Ibrahim Al-Mulhim, about Saudi Aramco as a model for company success through the development of human resources in technology transfer.
The of the Chairman of Technical and Professional Training Council in the Eastern region, Dr. Omar Sulaiman AlHumaidi is participating with a working paper on the contribution of the education system and training centers in the development of national human resources.
As a member of the Supreme Council for Professional Training in Bahrain,Mr. Imad AlMoayed, will take part in the activities of the Forum paper on ways to benefit from the transfer of technology to enhance and improve and maintain the competitiveness of national human resources
The Credit Manager of Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Mr.Kamal bin Abdulrahman joins the forum activities taking up the role of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund in the development of human resources in the industrial sector.
