AlRashid: The Forum aims to support the competitiveness of the national human resources

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Region patronizes the Forum events (The role of national human resources in technology transfers), organized by Asharqia Chamber on Monday, 19 April / 2010, 5 / May / 1431 in the chamber main building in Dammam.
Asharqiya Chamber Chairman, Mr.Abdulrahman bin Rashed Al-Rashed welcomed his Highness event, which confirmed that it will add impetus to the Forum important work, pointing out that his highness is consistently supporting the business sector in the region represented in Asharqia Chamber in favor of what would impel the national economy for his certain believe in the role of this vital sector.
Al-Rashid explained that the forum and working papers which tries to make the "assessment situation of the Saudi human resources of the private sector," and seeks to " benefit from the transfer of technology to enhance and improve the competitiveness of national human resources", which works to monitor "the size of financial needs to develop human resources to be able to support the transfer of technology, "and monitor" the contribution of the education system and training centers in the development of national human resources ", and" the role of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund in the development of human resources in the industrial sector.

AlRashid said that the forum's vision is to assess the relationship between the national efficiency and the technology transfers, by seeking to evaluate the role of national competence to support the industrial localization, technology transfers and knowledge through the study of the local market and the benefit from the successful experience of the foreign markets.
AlRashid also discussed the Asharqia Chamber initiative role in maintaining the resettlement issues in general commencing the forum titled (resettlement opportunities and challenges) in last March and in the Forum concern on through this central issue, since the forum is carrying out the Chamber efforts in this regard represented by the strategic sectors of the search the national human resources role in technology transfers which he described as the base of this integration process.
