Eastern Chamber program discusses the development of leadership skills for women in February
The East Chamber organizing a training program entitled (management and leadership skills development) for ladies in Dammam from 2 February 4, 2014. The program aims to define the meaning and functions of management and the meaning of leadership and skills, to clarify the difference between leadership and management, the difference between a leader and a Manager. The program also reviews the latest theories of leadership types, choosing the right leadership style for every position, to learn how to build possible facilitate participation, management and leadership skills.
And benefiting from the program managers and supervisors, , filters for leadership and managerial positions, and each of the partners functions and working groups, each person in the development of leadership and supervisory skills, the program also helps develop the operational professional development defy the beneficiaries as well as providing a golden opportunity for participants to think from another perspective and provides the opportunity to take a strategic leadership roles for the work performed.
