Eastern Chamber organizes two training programs on the "body language" and "Personnel" Sunday
Training Center at the Chamber organizes "training program" about the Chamber (personnel management) for men, the (body language analysis profile) for ladies, starting next weekend (Sunday 6 September 2013) at the headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam. He said the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel that first program titled (advanced skills in personnel management) aims at preparing and qualifying the cadres specializing in personnel management by equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to do so. He seeks to give program participants over the course of four days, a number of the required skills and abilities that works in this area, most notably the ability to prepare an integrated program to attract job applicants, the ability to apply appropriate selection methods (tests, interviews, chart),
He also noted that the program, which lasts for four days to give the participants skill set to create a new employee, career paths, diagnose and analyze the problems of the management of personnel, especially the problem of induction and job replacement, as well as the program for staff and officials of human resources departments in a number of areas notably (main tasks mandated special human resources management personnel, and personnel services, staffing and organizational structures of meaning and types, polarization, selection and appointment, the organization process definition For new staff, the models used in modern programs, personnel, understands the needs of individuals, it is the understanding of the behavior of employees, how to motivate employees, talents, how we support, guidance, provide feedback, addressing negative behavior, tips to raise the morale of the staff.
The second program for ladies (body language analysis profile) it was decided to be held during the period (6- 7/10/2013) with a view to understanding the basic skills in reading facial features and body gestures of personal analysis and how to use it in professional and personal life, for the benefit of all girls and women in the working environment. The program addresses the nature and importance of body language, body language in the Koran, gestures and tone of voice, the negative and positive movements in the body language, how to read patterns profile (profile, profile, profile sensual), body language, body language reading for public figures in the Arab world.
