Eastern Chamber organizes two training programs on negotiation and project management in late Oct.
The Chamber organize representative by the training center training programs provided by the specialists where they explain the elements and themes of helping the employee and the beginner to the professional real time investment late October 2013 at the headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam. The first program offered held in the afternoon at 5 pm for three days starting Oct. 27, entitled (negotiation skills) an introduction to several important themes notably: identifying and understanding opportunities for negotiation and personal direction and a sense of emotional as well as a successful negotiator properties.
The program also reviews the plan and prepares for negotiations and practical steps in negotiation and negotiation strategies and methods and discusses coping with difficult situations and ways to open the clogged roads in difficult negotiation situations. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge of the concept and nature of negotiating processes and skills preparation and planning of the negotiation processes in addition to the development of skills in this area and the assessment process. The second program to be held on Oct. 29 and 7 days in the afternoon from 5 pm until 10 pm (project management PMP version 5) for men and women as part of project management and review system and the project lifecycle integrity management and project scope and range in addition to managing his time and project costs. The program also discusses the sound management of human resources, risks and contracting and procurement.
