Qatif province is Witnessing (Wednesday 24 / February / 2016) morning , an economic event expected to make a new addition to the environment and local investment in the province on the various real estate and tourism, agricultural, and service and other activities ,the East Room regulates the first forum for investment opportunities in the province.
And the forum, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province is searching a number of topics related to the environment, since the participants in the Forum of experienced and competent trying to monitor investment opportunities and ways to use them to launch the added value to the national economy, as well as discussing the challenges faced by investors in this level and ways to overcome them.
Chairman of the head of administration in East chamber has explained that the Forum, hosted by King Abdullah National Hall in kaddih today will discuss two main subjects: (advantages and challenges of investing) and (investment opportunities) in Qatif, and under every subject there are more than one speaker, and more than a working paper dealing with active of economic activities in the province.
Ataishan added that under the first subject (benefits and challenges) Engineer Ziad Mughrbel speaks of "the development of investment in province of Qatif," while speaking under the same subject a member of the Council of the Eastern Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the chamber works council in Qatif engineer Mohsen Al Faraj" investment challenges in Qatif, "while the head of improvement and development of economic, administrative and consultation Center Dr. Bukhamseen"the comparative advantages to invest in Qatif ".. stressing that investment activity in the province of Qatif heading in escalating pace, and has witnessed in recent years a major development in quantity and quality, and we in this forum seek to guide this movement, and developing it, to enhance the economic and social returns, and then searching for broader horizons.
And regarding the second subject (investment opportunities) Ataishan said that the board will review the two working papers the first is dealing with (tourism investment opportunities) presented by the Director General of the General Committee of Tourism and National Heritage in the Eastern Region Engineer Abdul Latif Al Bunyyan, the second deals with( investment opportunities in real estate development projects) presented by the businessman Shakir Al Noah .. he explained that the subjects are strictly selected based on what the real estate and tourism sector embrace of high investment opportunities, representing the element of a big attraction for investors, as well as being raved about by the national labor force, so both activities attract investments and national competencies equally, as it is characterized by the diversity of their activities in these sectors and the multiplicity of their fields and thus the diversity of skills reqardin them.
Ataishan pointed that the Forum has the elements for success, most notably the official sponsorship of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, and the interaction of government agencies concerned to participate in the forum by presenting working papers, or participating in the dialogues, which we hope will be meaningful and of positive results that serves our economic sector in general, especially in the province of Qatif.
For his part, member of the board of East Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Business Council of chamber branch in Qatif engineer Mohsen Al Faraj that the establishment of this forum confirms the conviction of representatives of government agencies and all private institutions of the importance of the exchange of ideas , researching and studying them, to gain access to certain formulas that gives our economic sectors a strong push forward, and opens promising horizons for investors to launch projects with good profitability, high-quality output, whether products or services.
He added that, considering several thoughts, we find that Qatif is a fertile environment for investment projects offers to the citizen and the national economy goods and classy services, and carries a success in the profit side, if dealing with challenges and giving radical solutions to them, then our steps will be in higher levels than it is now .. hoping that efforts will cooperate to bring about a qualitative leap for investment activity with its various segments in the province of Qatif. Secretary General of the East Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that the chamber and in the framework of its efforts to diversify the economic base of the eastern region, and the search for investment opportunities, holds many events and organizes tens of forums ,seminars and training programs, and the share of Qatif province was plentiful, and today we are in the process of creating investment opportunities forum that has been prepared for early on, and the aim of all this is achieving the success guarantees, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the recommendations and suggestions that will result from these forum.
