Eastern Chamber launches " Awqaf Divan " Initiative
The East Chamber represented by the "Committee of Religious Endowments" has launched a new initiative under the name of" endowments Divan in the Eastern Province ", which was devoted to examine and discuss all matters related to endowments topics , in order to spread more awareness of legitimate endowments in social circles, especially businessmen, and that is under a cooperation agreement and partnership with the company, "Afaaq Awqaf " specialized in management, development and endowment studies , and under the patronage of Hamad Al Hussaini Charity Foundation.
The Chairman of the Committee of Religious Endowments in East Chamber Dr. Ayeth Bin Farhan Al-Qahtani said the divan is a connection platform and a cultural development to the interested ones and researchers and businessmen about the development and investment issues and the legitimacy of the endowment system , in response to the need and the community movement and the leading role of the endowment contributions.
Al-Qahtani said that the endowments Divan will build a mature culture that achieves the contemporary and accommodates the cultural growth, and seeks the best of the good and blessed.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al wabel noted that the initiative taken by the Committee of Religious Endowments of East Chamber and Afaaq company aim to attract the best practices, and presenting them in a regular talk show according to paths that achieve diversity and depth in the transfer of experiences and enabling experts to promote the endowment work to correspond with the development goals, committed to the requirements and desires of those who endow.
Al wabel explained that divan will hold its first events in the coming weeks, and will announce the program at the right time.
