Eastern Chamber held training programs on management and human resources for women
The East Chamber training center Planned for implementing a number of women training programs, during April and May next two months, in the areas of human resources , planning skills and decision-making, management and innovation.
The first deals with the program (Human Resource Management), which held in the Chamber province Qatif branch for five days starting on Sunday, 26 / April / 2015) aims to prepare and qualify specialized cadres in the field of personnel management by providing them with the skills and necessary knowledge.
The program which will be held in the evening and addresses a number of themes highlighted by the concept of human resources , its importance and its divisions, job analysis and job description, secretary of human resources and functions, the functions of the human resources director, the importance of sections of human resources association with each other and with the rest of the other departments, the importance of salaries and wages systemin human resources management, the role of human resources management incentives and services, how to plan and track development importance of occupational health and safety and its importance in human resources .. The benefit from this program will be for officials in the private sector personnel.
The second program, which is held in the Businesswomen center on Monday, April 27, 2015 for a period of three days and titled (planning and decision-making skills), deals with several themes highlighted by stages that govern our lives, mental maps , plans and their usefulness, the definition and specification of planning, how to start planning, planning typesin general, chart types in chronological level and the administrative, restrictions on planning, the concept of decision-making, types of decisions, steps of decision-making, collective style in decision-making .. The program targets managers sections, and branches managers, project officials, and all interestedin the development of managerial skills.
The third program will be held on the third of May 2015 at the headquarters of the East Chamber in Al-Jubail, under the title (administrative creativity), aims to expand the knowledge of the concept of administrative creativity, the ability to assess both what is an innovative and values in the professional field, the ability to generate fruitful and effective energies , persistency, tender and excellence in performance, the ability to manage crises and create new opportunities in the market and the diversity of experience and functional knowledge.
The program addresses three axes, the first (Excellence creativity) and addresses on the true meaning of creativity axis, motivated creativity, levels of creativity, the mind and creativity, techniques and methods of development of creativity, how composed creative ideas, how to improve creativity in your personality and in others .. and the second (Managementand creativity) program speaks about the axis of the administrative process, the administrative dilemma and creative solutions, patterns of managers, the difference between the effective manager and the effective manager successful ,.And the third (set off towards excellence) program addresses under this axis how to improve the performance to get to the creative management level, and how to improve our organizations and creative performance, \how to check the quality and increase the productivity, style Organizational thinking in addressing the problems, and reviewing the regulations that achieve innovation models.
