The Eastern Chamber organized in cooperation with the Ministry of housing briefing (national network for rent), which aims to publicize the draft of the national network of services of rent and on Tuesday 25 February 2014, in Dammam headquartered. The Secretary General of the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Alwabil said that the meeting is to be held in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of housing and science aims to publicize the draft of the national network of services and provide a package of electronic services to the parties to the lease process (resident, owner, real estate broker)
Alwabil said that the project (rent) a national program aimed at regulating housing rental sector in the Kingdom, also provides solutions for rental housing sector by regulating the relationship between the tenant and the lessor to save their rights, the provision of an electronic network for display units, developing a pilot model, providing a statistical database, indicators to follow supply and demand and prices, Alwabil called to professionals and interested people to attend the meeting and enrichment through essays and opinions. The national network for rent (Rent) has been applied to a number of real estate offices during its pilot phase and scored a great success, as well as an important goal during its design, is to assist the tenant access to the dwelling unit that needed more roads.
