The second theme ' the future of the retail sector ' a number of topics are: the engines of growth in the retail sector in the Kingdom, global influences on the retail sector in the Kingdom, new trends in the retail sector in the world, strong growth opportunities for the retail sector in the Kingdom, current and future settlement procedures, problems facing the business sector in localization, resettlement policies impact on business competitiveness. Includes the third axis ' market benefit from foreign investment ' includes the following subjects: benefits to foreign investors and Saudi investors, the national role of foreign investment in the Kingdom, the impact of foreign investment on Saudi investors, international experiences in the strengthening of the role of foreign investment in economic development, offences committed by foreign investors in the Kingdom, the role of specialized banks in support of the commercial sector in the Kingdom, the impact of foreign investment in the distribution sector to the commercial sector in Saudi Arabia.
The Committee also held a meeting with the Director of the Ministry of labor in the eastern region, Professor Omar Alomari on Wednesday 24 December, where he discussed a number of topics, including: the Agency rejected the legitimacy of the delegate, taking advantage of technology to speed up working procedures, alternative to the main building in Dammam, pay the work permit visa, stowaways steps, agree the required professions with saudization program after the experiment.
