East Chamber review the plan of action for the eastern region ceremony with the support sector
The East Chamber discussed the region Eastern Eid 2014 ceremony details at a meeting held on Sunday July 6, 2014 combining government support at the headquarters of the main Chamber in Dammam. The meeting headed by the General Secretary of the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah al-Wabil reviewed the most important items on the General Plan of organizing the ceremony and associated events, which organized and supervised by the Chamber through the events under the auspices of the Governor of the Eastern Province Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and stages of implementation. Alwabil noted with officials of governmental authorities all the details of the event and preparations to list events, functions and responsibilities of each party.
Alwabil also noted the work related efforts in contributing to the success of the event and praised the role of employees in positions of celebrations and their tireless efforts to show the appropriate image ambition of the people of the region. He pointed out that the meeting participated by a number of governmental bodies: the Eastern Province Emirate, Presidency of the promotion of virtue and prevention of Vice, the Secretariat of the eastern region, the eastern region police, the General Presidency of youth welfare, traffic in the region, the management of explosives and weapons belonging to the police, the Civil Defense Department, Coast Guard, block TV Riyadh, King Abdul Aziz port in Dammam,, all preparations which will be on the ground.
