The Committee approvedat its meetingTuesday, February 10, 2015, headed byChairman of the CommitteeMr.FayezAl Yousuforganizinga lecturetitled(standardcontracts)provided by theAdviserIbrahimal-Bahri,during the first quarterof2015,whichreviews themany positiveaspects of theapplication ofthe standard contract,whichreviews thegoalsand benefits ofunified contractRentalequipment,and the consequences ofits implementation, such aspreserving the rights ofthe lessor,through the provision ofguaranteesand standardization ofcontracts,andthat meansthe unification ofthe legalstyleof the contract,and ultimatelyraise theperformancelevelin the leasingsector.
The lectureis part ofa series ofeventshas beenapproved in thework of the Commissionfor the current2015plan, which wasreviewed at themeeting of the Committeeheldthe maincenterof the Chamberin Dammam.
