During a recent meeting, Asharqia Chamber's Secretary-General Adnan ibn Abdullah Al-Nueim and airport manager Khalid Al-Miz'al searched for ways to increase cooperation and communication between the Chamber and King Fahd International Airport. They also discussed ways to facilitate the entry of foreign investors and businessmen during their visits to the Eastern Region.
Al-Nueim, praised the good cooperation shown by the management of the airport with the Chamber, and said that this meeting comes within the framework of the Development Partners Program started by the Chamber in 2008. The program aims to strengthen the relationship between government institutions and local businesses represented by the Chamber.
Al-Nueim said, "that the purpose of this program is to discuss issues of common interest with various agencies and branches of government in order to remove any obstacles that may impede the development of joint cooperation. With that aim in mind, the program has organized meetings, regular visits, and correspondence between Chamber officials and heads and managers of government agencies and ministries in the Eastern Region."
A commemorative plaque was presented to Al-Miz'al at the conclusion of the meeting that was also attended by Asharqia Chamber's Assistant Secretary for Public Relations and Information, Sami Abu Suraih.
