In the framework of the business pioneering Program of the Small and
Medium institutions Center.
In
the framework of the Pioneers program implemented by the Center for the
Development of Small and Medium institutions in Asharqia Chamber of Commerce,
on Wednesday, 26/4/2017, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM)
presented the experience of founder, Louai
Labani about the free work from the beginning to what it has reached now, and
the problems and challenges that faced and how he overcame them, presented a group
of tips and guidance for students wishing to enter the battle of self employment.
He
said that from the beginning of his life, he loved software engineering, which
led him to study in the field of software engineering, and then to transform
this love and passion into a successful business. He used one of the halls of
the university as a place to do his own work during his studies at King Fahd
University of Petroleum and Minerals .
He
said that one of the most important reasons for his success is to take
advantage of the opportunity around him, and the focus and high effort played a
big role in his success

in his advice to students, he focused on the importance of continuing learning,
taking advantage of opportunities, choosing the right project,
He
mentioned to the students of the story of his winning several awards, including
Ghazi Al Gosaibi Award for Best Promising Enterprise 2014, Best Forbes pioneer Award
2014-2015, and Best Business Plan Award from KFUPM 2012
The
program is organized by the Center for the Development of Small and Medium institutions
in Asharqia Chamber with the aim of spreading the culture of self employment
among young students of universities, colleges and national institutes, and the
student from job seeker to job maker by presenting a working paper on the
importance of self employment, as one of the main options for each student
after graduation, with the definition of the services provided by the Center and
consultations and various events, and the definition of funding and all the
information needed by the beginner, followed by hosting a business pioneer and
reviewing his successful experience in self employment.
