AlRashid: Forum discusses the drop out career & factors of creating an ideal working environment
First forum of "Best Working Environment" in Kingdom organized by the Chamber in cooperation with the first Consulting Company (Team One) discusses most important success factors and basics of institutions spending on training during the global crisis,it also highlights the most important plans and strategies for institutions to achieve the ideal working environment that rely on creativity at work.
The forum which was held in the chamber on Tuesday and Wednesday 25 - 26 May 2010 under the sponsorship of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, in the presence of 15 participants of top experts and specialists in various fields
For his part, Asharqia Chamber Chairman, Mr.Abdulrahman Al Rashid said that the forum aims to come up with recommendations of spreading the culture of the working environment and assists in finding appropriate ways and mechanisms for creating an ideal working environment to reach the advanced stages and demonstration of successful local work environment.
AlRashid said that the forum will review the modern methods in raising the level of staff participation and balance between human resources strategy and job satisfaction for staff, also managing functionality in the work environment by discussing the best practices used in companies and institutions.
For his part, Asharqia Chamber's Secretary -General ,Mr.Adnan Al-Nuaim explained that forum sessions will highlights the successful experiences in solving the career drop-out ,by adopting studies of salaries restructuring, stressing that forum is a valuable opportunity to make appropriate recommendations to serve the working environment and elevate its performance and lay the foundations of various departments in several directions such as training and ways of developing the working sessions in institutions.
