Asharqia Chamber won best work environment successively for 2009

For the second year successively, Asharqia Chamber won the 5th rank as the best work environment among (the Medium Enterprises) for 2009. This completion was organized by Team One Consulting in cooperation with Al-Iqtissadiya Newspaper. The Chamber advanced two positions after the 7th rank in 2008.
The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman Al-Rashid said achieving this rank came as a result of hard work and collective efforts from the board members and its various departments and divisions and specialized centers to achieve a key goal which is providing the best services for the participants of the chamber. In no doubt, the achievement of this goal depends on a sound and appropriate work environment.
Al Rashid added that the chamber recognizes the importance of improving the internal working environment, and considers it an important condition for improving the services provided by the Chamber of participants.
In this area shows how keen the chamber to confirm its position as custodian of the interests of the private sector and businessmen who turned out to join the chamber membership, especially in the last four years, as the number of participants has exceeded more than 40 thousand subscribers, after it was nearly five years ago, between 16 thousand and 17 thousand subscribers.
For his part, Secretary General of the Chamber Adnan bin Abdullah Al-Nueim said that achieving this award "Best Work Environment" is an indicator of the success of the chamber success on more than one level, as it reflects the role of the Chamber of excellence in serving the national economy, adding this award to other awards obtained by the chamber, which all reflect the role of the chamber in many important areas, as achieving price of Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz for Saudization Award, and Prince Mohammed bin Fahad bin Abdulaziz on charity services, and the Middle East award for the third outstanding Customer Service ".. Above all, we find that achieving such award for best business environment in 2009 is continuing to upgrade the performance.
Al Nueim emphasized that chamber is keen to adopt all what new and evolving in the customer service ,adopting the developed management strategy systems, as well as applying the quality management system and information security, which recently acquired the certificate of "ISO."
In this aspect, the chamber also adopted a new mechanism to develop human resources through specialized courses for all staff, also adopted a structured mechanism for the transfer to an electronic environment in all its transactions.
He concluded saying that the ideal work environment is a constant objective by Asharqia Chamber, which sees it as a condition of success of any business in any facility (regardless of the name whether organization, company factory, or even a workshop).
