Abdulrahman
bin Saleh Al Ataishan, Chairman of the Chamber, said that the annual
exhibition aims to support the efforts of localization of jobs in the
private sector and second: to highlight the role of the business sector
in attracting national talent, and third: to provide employment
opportunities for Saudi youth; Training, recruitment and human resources management. Thus creating an atmosphere of professional awareness and
upgrading the concept of professional culture to both applicants and job
seekers.
He
expressed the hope that this exhibition will be "the best option in the
recruitment and job seekers in the Eastern region," as
it is the channel that opens the way for the large stream of national
talent, which is looking for suitable jobs opportunities that highlight
the energy, And supports the country unlimited development options,
stressing that the human element is the basis in this country regardless
of the job location and places of work.
The Chairman of the Chamber referred to the issue of
"Settlement culture", which the Chamber seeks within a
group of national actors to spread it in the social and economic
fields through this exhibition and other other activities, saying that
this culture is the foundation of national human resources, which
is based on the National Transformation Project by the Saudi
Vision 2030. He pointed that such exhibitions and other events

Al Wabel said that the importance of the exhibition is reflected in
