Asharqia Chamber renews the validity of its approved quality certificates
Asharqia Chamber renewed the validity of all certificates of quality systems approved by them, namely: Customer Complaint Certificate (ISO 2014: 10002), Quality Management System Certificate (ISO 9001: 2015), Information Security Management System Certificate (ISO 27001: 2013), and Business Continuity Certificate (ISO2012: 22301).
The Chamber was able to complete all the requirements to ensure the continuing validity of certificates at the level of all its departments, branches and service centers, in terms of providing all the necessary requirements and training human cadres.
The Secretary-General of the Chamber, Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabil, said that the Chamber has endeavored and continues to apply quality systems in its administrative work, activities, and activities, which enabled it to obtain these certificates and to grant them the authority to renew them as well, appreciating the efforts made by the executive body in the Chamber.
Al-Wabel added that the Chamber during the past year carried out a group of activities related to the issue of quality directly, as it cooperated with government agencies concerned with quality, and implemented various programs with a high professional quality that matched international specifications and standards, in this field, and also carried out the experience of running the main business of the Chamber from its branch in Jubail Governorate For a full day, in compliance with the requirements of the Business Continuity System (ISO 2012: 22301), it also implemented a questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of its subscribers with the services provided by the Chamber to them, in addition to the hypothetical evacuation experiences.
