Asharqia Chamber won a certificate for the best work environment from the Great Place to Work organization, which is a leading global organization in the field of research and consulting, bypassing all the standards set by the organization, as the first chamber of commerce in the Kingdom to obtain this certificate.
The chamber obtained the certificate as a result of the ideal work environment it provides, which has adopted mechanisms for continuous development and the application of various paths of an appropriate environment for its human elements from a psychological and social point of view.
Commenting on the certificate, the head of Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzaiza, said that granting the chamber a certificate for the best work environment came as a result of the successful and growing performance achieved by the chamber in its service outputs for the business sector, which represents a natural reflection of the internal work environment and the motivating factors it provides for The innovation and creativity of its employees, as well as an embodiment of its continuous and continuous keenness on excellence and leadership, not only at the local level but also at the regional and international levels, to reach the highest levels of performance.
Al-Ruzaiza stressed that providing an ideal work environment in Asharqia Chamber is one of the strategic goals that the Chamber places on its list of priorities due to its full belief that excellence and leadership in providing services to subscribers and the entire business sector can only be achieved by providing a work environment that encourages production and creativity.
