Asharqia Chamber organizes the " Eastern Pioneers meeting" in Jubail
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women Empowerment Center, on Sunday evening March 28, 2021, organized an “Eastern Pioneers Meeting” in Jubail Governorate, which reviewed the skills of marketing science.
Lina Al-Amoudi, a specialist in public relations and marketing, spoke at the meeting, who explained the marketing process as a social administrative process whereby individuals and groups obtain what they need and this is achieved through the production and exchange of valuable products with others.
Al-Amoudi said that marketing and public relations are related to each other, and in short, they are considered thought, study, the practice of specialization, creativity, distinction, ethics, and values, noting that marketing does not mean selling or advertising through direct mail or promotional publications or others, but rather an integrated process that has origins and art.
Al-Amoudi confirmed that companies after the Corona pandemic have become dependent on marketing to promote their products, especially when the method of selling for these companies due to the Corona pandemic is transformed into the electronic method, as a basic factor in selling and this is what facilitated the marketing process directly related to selling, pointing out that small and medium companies should go to marketing More to deliver their product to a large number of interested and uninterested people since electronic selling through websites has become popular, especially if it is linked to attractive offers.
Al-Amoudi said that large companies are heading towards the art of marketing in the first place, as they need to keep pace with the changes in the digital world, and this is a catalyst for the rest of the companies in the small and medium-sized enterprises sector to follow their example and benefit from their experiences by displaying several skills, namely: personal communication skills, and media communication, and informational communication, and coordination communication skills.
