Asharqia Chamber organizes on Thursday, May 5, 2016 an expanded Workshop to of introduce recruiting services companies, a number of specialist recruiting companies participating, as well as other institutions wishing in further cooperation and taking advantage of these services.
The Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that The workshop, which was held at headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam will be looking once again the relationship between recruiting companies and other companies, by discussing a number of topics of common interest .. stressing that this workshop that lists within the Human Resources Committee room activities comes within the framework of the keenness of Asharqia Chamber to activate various economic activities in the eastern region, in order to raise the level of performance, and to provide services and goods with a high level of speed and quality.
Al Wabel pointed that the subject of recruiting is witnessing many developments, for example the decline in dependence on some markets, and the opening of other markets, which means that several options are before the local client from labor categories, especially domestic workers, this diversity creats some of situations and phenomena that require a certain condition taken by offices to preserve the rights of all parties in the recruiting process .. pointing that the experiences of the past long years made local client of a deep experience of the varieties of employment and their roles and the experiences they have.
He expressed the hope that the local markets surpass many of the problems associated with the conditions of recruiting, and that the local experience reachs the level of to making balancement between the recruiting and the maximum need for labor.
