cooperation with Al Jazera Bank
Asharqia Chamber a represented by the Small and Medium institutions Centre organizes a training program titled
" decimal Partnership in the Small and
Medium institutions " and continuous until December 1/ 2016 in the Chamber main
headquarters in Dammam.
The
program, organized by the Chamber in cooperation with Al Jazera Bank to the formation of
partnerships and closed contributions for small institutions, so as to including guaranteeing the rational costs in
administrative and financial business, which targets the initiators of free employment, and those willing to
establish partnerships with closed contributions, and also small existing institutions
owners, also those who want the integration.
The
program will discuss over five days several topics, most prominently the ambition and the
culture of free employment and the role of decimal partnership in achieving the
desired ambition, the advantages and
disadvantages and opportunities and challenges of the decimal partnership, and
the secrets of the success of the decimal partnership of the small institutions.
It
also discusses how to choose partners
and the elements that must be in them to achieve a successful partnership, and it
presents informations of the decimal partnership legally and the importance of
the legal awareness of the partners, and the proper legal contract of the decimal
company, it will also review the administrative aspect of the decimal
partnership including the required administrative organization, and the required
culture of the administrative partners for the
success of the partnership.
It
is worth mentioning that the Chamber is keen to have programs that achieve big
interest to the owners of small and medium institutions and answering their questions and
working on achieving their ambitions in
finding the right balance for their business and the persistence on the right
path in the business sector.
