Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Social Responsibility Center, organized a training course entitled "The Art of Dealing with the Public" for the members of the security patrols in the region. It was in implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Saudi Chamber Council and the Directorate of Public Security.
The headquarters of the Chamber hosted the activities of the session, which aims to provide members of the security patrols with the skills and behaviors that raise their professionalism in dealing with others.
The course, through its national trainer, also provided a key dialogue based on providing trainees with security skills to deal with the public, especially in difficult situations that require special skills, in addition to providing them with the arts of dealing with all types and age groups in society.
This course is part of a series of previous and subsequent training courses that have been implemented and will be implemented in the coming months for security patrol personnel in the Eastern Province in the fields of learning sign language and the art of dealing with the public, as well as working under pressure that are orgnized by the Chamber in cooperation with professional trainers to contribute to the development of the skills of security personnel.
