On Tuesday 24/4/2018, Asharqia Chamber organizes an introductory lecture on the training program "Tamheer" in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund.
The lecture, which is addressed by officials from the Human Resources Fund, tackles a number of topics such as the definition of the program, the private sector and candidates, the benefit of the program to the private sector, incentives for candidates, and the mechanism of work of the program.
Tamheer is a training program for Saudi male and female graduates from local and foreign universities. It aims to train them in government institutions and distinct companies in the private sector, so that they can acquire the necessary skills to prepare them to participate in the labor market.
The program pays particular attention to male and female graduates with a bachelor, master, or doctoral degree that have not worked in any job for the past six months.
