Asharqia Chamber organizes a meeting entitled: Creating the Distinguished Customer Experience
In a meeting organized by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Small and Medium Enterprises Center entitled: Creating the Distinguished Experience of the Customer, the Consultant in Planning and Institutional Excellence, Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Mahboob, said that the product is not only the secret to success, but how customers have been treated since the first contact, and the period they use where your product or service is provided.
During the meeting, which was held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, Al Mahboub explained that the customer’s experience is the product of the interaction between the company and the customer during the period of their relationship. It is also the impression that customers have of the brand in general by passing through all the stages of the journey of purchasing the product, noting that building a reputation takes 20 years, and demolishing it will not exceed 5 minutes only.
On the importance of customer experience, Al Mahboub said that it is summarized in identifying the requirements of the current and future needs of the customer and developing strategies to meet them. It also contributes to raising the level of customer satisfaction. Increasing customer retention and reducing leakage, increasing customer engagement, and loyalty to the brand, increasing profits and market share, and indirect marketing of the brand.
Al-Mahboob indicated that 13% of the owners of the experience tell 20 other people, and the angry customer tells from 10 to 13 other people, pointing out that 90% of the company’s entire success is determined by the quality of what the project owner provides in full, stressing that the customer is the institution’s way of survival and life.
