Asharqia Chamber organized a workshop on leadership skills for women
Attended by 70 women on the sidelines of the Saudi-British Trade Week
Asharqia Chamber represented by the Businesswomen Center in collaboration with the British Trade Office on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 has organized a workshop entitled (Leadership Skills for Women) attended by more than 70 businesswoman and business leaders in the region this week on the sidelines of the Saudi-British trade week in the Chamber main building in Dammam.
The Board Member, Mrs.Sameera Al-Suwaiygh has welcomed the British delegation in her speech explaining the importance of empowering women in business through the development of capabilities and methods that serve as its business has become a necessity in the world and the commercial &industry sector.
The workshop focused the most important features that are supposed to be in the lead along with basic skills should be available there.
Sarah Dawson, a British Consultant has talked about the empowerment of women to learn different leadership styles, also the workshop included certain patterns of development in leadership styles and introduce them to the four main types of leadership through the activities of a particular process.
