Asharqia Chamber of Entrepreneurship Incubator Committee began on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, to receive entrepreneurs with the aim of choosing distinctive ideas for projects based on technical innovations, or concerned with energy solutions or providing a distinguished service, in order to be incubated and provide the necessary support for them, at the Chamber's headquarters.​​

The incubator works to enable business owners to develop and sustain their projects and achieve their goals. It also targets Saudi entrepreneurs who have emerging enterprises that are still at the beginning of their establishment, and others facing challenges in growth and sustainability.

It also specializes in operating and managing co-working spaces, business incubators, and accelerators, to provide the best sites, technical facilities, and the appropriate human staff to provide the best-distinguished services, specialized consultations, quality events, office and secretarial supplies, to enable business owners to develop and sustain their projects and achieve their goals, as well as directing and accelerating the growth and success of emerging ideas by providing guidance, training, guidance and enhancing the local content of small and medium enterprises in the administrative, technical and production fields, so the entrepreneur can overcome the first obstacles, enhance communication between entrepreneurs, and keep pace with the economic renaissance experienced by the Kingdom, and the initiatives of its Vision 2030.​
