Asharqia Chamber is preparing to launch its annual exhibition of productive families «Sanaati 2018» on Sunday, 9 December under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province.
It would take place on Dhahran International Exhibitions Company (Expo), Dammam Al-Khobar coastal road with the participation of more than 340 productive families and 20 incubators are participating in the event.
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Center for Social Responsibility, has prepared a number of programs and preparatory meetings across three stages in a row in the exhibition in order to prepare families, associations and centers to participate actively in the exhibition.
The chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad al-Ammar al-Khalidi, said that the Productive Families Exhibition this year will run for five consecutive days so that participating families can show their products to the public.
He pointed out that the exhibition is divided into several main sections where the division of productive families by classifications and section of artisans' men and a special section of the young trader under the age of 15 years, especially after the success of the previous version, as well as the Children's Corner child, a multi-interactive activity.
He is calling on all citizens and residents to visit the exhibition and shopping within its wings.
He pointed out to the participation of correctional inmates from House Social Observation in Dammam, as they will present their products in the exhibition.
Al-Khalidi added that there are intensive and continuous preparations by the team that are responsible for the exhibition.
He pointed out that the organization of such exhibitions comes within the framework of the Chamber's continuous support for projects, programs and events that are in line with national efforts to promote the sector that is said to be a strong supporter of the national economy.
For his part, Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabil, said that the Center for Social Responsibility in Asharqia Chamber continues its efforts in preparation for the exhibition of productive families on Sunday.
He stressed the importance of such exhibitions, especially that it provides productive families marketing outlets for their products, in addition to the presentation of experiences and communicate with others and knowing each other's products, especially that the similarity of products is one of the most common obstacles.

This year's edition includes a special pavilion to show the products of the correctional inmates from House Social Observation in Dammam, which comes from the Chamber's interest in social responsibility and its keenness to develop, demonstrate talent through its exhibitions and for the achievement of several objectives, as the most prominent of which is marketing of the talents of beneficiaries in front of the business sector and the visiting public and contribute to the opening of employment opportunities and investment in front of them to secure the physical income, which ensures the needs of families and beneficiaries.
The pavilion also includes a variety of products that can be used and developed to become an added value for locally manufactured products.
