Asharqia Chamber launches the Waqf Practices Forum on Wednesday
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, the Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Endowment Committee, will launch, next Wednesday, September 28, 2022 AD, the Forum (Waqf Practices 2022 AD) under the slogan of Endowment Creativity and Innovation.
In its new version, the forum aims to promote a culture of creativity and innovation in the endowment sector and to increase innovative practices and entities in various endowment fields by reviewing the most prominent global and local rules and innovative opportunities in the application of endowment techniques.
The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Bader bin Suleiman Al-Raziza, said that the forum is an opportunity to learn about new and creative practices in a sector that come at the top of the industries that have the most impact in the system of comprehensive renaissance that the country is engaged in within the framework of the Kingdom's vision 2030.
He stressed that the forum stimulates creativity in endowment practices, and enhances coordination and integration between endowment entities in the fields of endowment innovation, noting that it targets leaders of endowment work and the non-profit sector, researchers, and consultants in the fields of endowments, as well as those interested in international and Arab awards in the field of creativity and institutional innovation. He called on the business sector from the eastern region, specialists, and those interested in attending and benefiting from the forum's proposals that deal with all means of endowment innovation.
For this part, the head of the Endowment Committee, Ayed Al-Qahtani, said that the forum, with its working papers, tries to put before the members of the councils of spectacles, endowers, and those looking for new endowment products, a comprehensive picture of the new and innovative practices at home and abroad in the endowment sector, and that it is an extension of the forum. The previous best practices of endowment, its goal is to raise the efficiency of endowments and increase the growth of their investments and their spread among members of society.
