Asharqia Chamber launches Princess Mashael bint Faisal training program entitled "Industry Leaders"​

​Asharqia Chamber launched on Sunday 1 December 2019 Princess Mashael bint Faisal training program entitled "Industry leaders", which seeks to empower women in leadership and entrepreneurship, which lasts for 10 training days at the headquarters of the Chamber.​

​The training program aims to develop leadership skills and developed to create a generation of women leaders empowered as well as to enable the trainees in the various sectors of cooperation and solving the challenges faced, where he reviews several topics, notably: Learn the six public speaking skills, and to clarify the concept of media and selection of appropriate means for each event and deal with them , questions and improvisational and handling, body language and voice and diversity, and the development of trainees' skills in dealing with the media and public relations through visual media, the concept of public relations and the importance of modern institutions.​

The program targets women who have 7 years of experience and more, and the owners of small and medium-sized enterprises, and employees in the private women leaders, where undergo 10 training quotas totaling 32 hours of training sector.​

Her Royal Highness Princess Mashail bint Faisal is one of the most prominent female figures in the Eastern Province. In honor of her efforts, the program took its name from the Asharqia​ Chamber for its efforts in establishing the Businesswomen Center in 2005 and being the founder and president of Al Khobar Businesswomen Forum, The first gathering of businesswomen in the region.​
