Asharqia Chamber is organizing a training course on reducing hidden costs of restaurants
Asharqia Chamber is organizing during the current three days (Monday to Wednesday, 27-29 January 2020) a training course entitled (The Economic Dieting to Reduce Costs in the Restaurant and Café Sector), dealing with many topics related to rationalizing consumption, while maintaining quality in this sector.
The course, which will be held during the evening period (from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm), will be presented by a consultant in the restaurant and cafes sector, Thaer Abdullah Al-Asir, as he will address a number of proposals on cost control such as operating and inventory costs, customer service and hospitality costs, employee management, and costs The hidden aspects of the accounting and marketing departments, in addition to the accurate financial standards and the benefits that the investor reaps from applying these standards.
The session, which is held at the Chamber’s headquarters in Dammam, is trying to answer many questions such as: “Are you tired of managing your project without a rewarding financial return? Do you have attractive sales but the bank’s balances are almost hidden? Are you tired of controlling the daily and operating costs but to no avail?
