On Tuesday, July 31, 2018, Asharqia Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with ST (the business sector) will organize a workshop on "The Role of Digital Transformation in Support of Small and Medium Enterprises," in which representatives of the company and a number of those interested in this sector would be participating.
A member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Communications and Technology Committee in the Chamber, Nasser bin Rashid AL Bajjash, said that the workshop will be attended by Digital Solutions Manager, Abdulmalek Al Houti, who will talk about Digital Services; Cloud Business Development Manager, Abdullah Al-Zafer, who would talk about Cloud Services; and the Internet Security Director, Jalal Safadi, who would talk about Cyber Security Services.
AL Bijjash pointed out that the workshop, which is held at the headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam, targets owners of small and medium enterprises and those are interested in the issue of supporting and developing this sector.
The workshop will discuss a number of topics that fall within the role of small and medium enterprises in supporting the national economy.
The workshop also discusses the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in light of the digital transformation and the major developments in the fields of communications and information technology, and its impact on the Saudi economy according to the vision of 2030.
The workshop will review the services offered by STC such as digital, cloud and cybersecurity services.
