Asharqia Chamber has completed its preparatory work in preparation for the launching of its exhibition for the productive families "Sanaati Khafji 2019" under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, as it starts on Saturday April 13th for four consecutive days.
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Center for Social Responsibility, gave the opportunity to the productive families to register at the exhibition through a specially designed electronic website, and it continued to receive family requests for three weeks.
The exhibition is divided into four main sections for crafts department, handicrafts, decoration, fashion department and clothing, sewing, perfume, incense, food, sweets, coffee and spices.
The chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad al-Ammar al-Khalidi, said that Sanaati Khafji 2019 will be launched with the participation of more than 3 supporting bodies for productive families, which are the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, the Social Development Bank and the Khafji Women's Association,
It is targeting about 50 productive families, as the business sector has been invited with community initiatives and programs that serve this segment of society.
Al-Khalidi pointed out that since its adoption by Asharqia Chamber, Sanaati aims to introduce all the parties, businessmen and consumers, to the productive families in the region and the quality of its work and products and how to communicate with them.
Al-Khalidi promised the exhibition as a more effective window towards organizing the work of productive families and marketing their products through specialized exhibitions.
He stressed the Chamber's continued efforts to support the productive families to serve as an extension of the economy of the region and at the same time more self-reliant in order to secure a sustainable source of income for themselves.
