Asharqia Chamber employees starting their work today with a return plan
Includes a number of precautions and measures
On May 31, 2020, employees of the Asharqia Chamber of Departments begin returning to their workplaces in the main building and branches, through a plan that includes a number of precautionary and preventive measures that achieve safety and are in line with government directions and preventive protocols issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The Chamber had followed a comprehensive and integrated plan for the return of its employees to the workplaces, which included sterilization of offices, provision of temperature measuring devices, and also prevented delivery companies from entering their buildings, stopped hospitality services, and provided safe distances in the offices and the prayer room.
With regard to the internal work environment, the Chamber emphasized the opening of all office doors to reduce the process of touching surfaces, stopped paper transactions, obligated all employees to wear masks, stopped attending meetings for more than five individuals, and prevented gathering in offices or hallways of the room, as well as stopping activities and direct events.
The General Secretariat of the Chamber also mandated the Security and Safety Department to prevent the entry of a person whose temperature exceeds 38 degrees, take the data of the employee or visitor and prevent the use of more than two people for electric elevators, as well as the Human Resources Department to communicate with employees to find out their whereabouts during the two weeks preceding the commencement of work, and the extent of their contact with Whether or not he is an injured or a suspect, and identifying their health condition if they develop symptoms of high fever.
