Asharqia Chamber celebrating graduates of "Real Estate Management Diploma"
Asharqia Chamber represented by the Training Center celebrated the fourth group graduates of Real Estate Management Diploma Program last Wednesday, 19th January 19, 2011 at the Chamber Training Center in Dammam.
As the program which started on September last year and lasted for four months under the supervision of a group of university professors and real estate specialists in the Kingdom tackling a variety of subjects including: Real Estate Organizational and land legislation, real estate marketing proficiency , as well as different themes of legal organization of the real estate properties, contracts and provisions in real estate exchanges, also addressed the financial aspect in the study of finance and real estate investment.
Asharqia Chamber Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel who said that the program launched for the fourth time respectively aimed to create a national and professional cadre of real estate to work on scientific basis.
Al Wabel referred that program trainees from directors and executive of companies and real estate officers, and the staff of the departments of real property, credit, banks and public corporations, and individual brokers were subjected to hours of training for two months, followed by practical training for two months, concludes an applied research, followed by a period of study and research program of six-month where the trainees has applied what they studied in their companies and take advantage of the advices offered by the Chamber throughout this period.
Its noteworthy that Chamber has pioneered the launch of this program in October 2009 in the Eastern Province after the need of having training basis on scientific and systematic way.
