Human Resources Committee in Asharqia Chamber stressed the need to
take advantage of the scientific progress in the administrative fields
to provide management consultations that contribute to the development
and raise the level of performance and thus increase the productivity of

difficulties and solve problems in the institutions of the sector The private.
The committee pointed in a specialized study published in a
booklet titled (Advisory Offices and Administrative Management
Services) that there is an urgent need for leaders in administrative
organizations to use internal or external expertise or advice to help
them make decisions that contribute well to the development of the
performance of their organizations in quantity and quality.
The Committee considered that the issue of management consulting is a
means of assisting in the development of management in all its forms and
types. Therefore, it is one of the most important issues that all
companies need in their various activities for their great role in
achieving development and development of administrative capabilities in
order to achieve development.
The Committee said that the work of the consultant depends on
directing efforts to study the existing or expected obstacles and
provide solutions that contribute effectively to address those
obstacles,
She
explained that the need for management consulting emerged with the
emergence of technological progress, which coincided with the emergence
of the efforts of the pioneers of the science of management, has
increased the importance of attention to different disciplines and
contributed significantly to the expansion of the organizations,
which stressed the need to draw on or rely on the expertise of
consultants, Which has led to the restructuring of companies and the use of specialized expertise to cope with rapid and renewable changes.
According
to the booklet, one of the factors that contributed greatly to the
attention of management consulting is the high level of awareness and
culture among the workers in all categories through the unions that are
negotiating their behalf and demanding their rights, which has had an
effect on changing the policies of the administrative organizations to
achieve satisfaction of the local customers through specialized consultancy studies.
The
