Asharqia Chamber Organizes a Lecture on Roles of Board of Directors Members in Family Businesses
Asharqia Chamber, in cooperation with UK Institute of Directors branch in Saudi Arabia - Saudi Directors, is organizing a lecture entitled: “Methodology of giving roles for Board of Directors Members in Family Businesses" on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at the Chamber in Dammam.
Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel stated that the lecture will be held at six thirty p.m. and will be presented by Dr.: Mustafa Shukri Hantr, founder and chairman of "the Egyptian Association for the Development of Boards of Directors and Corporate Governance". The lecture will discuss several topics, notably the functions and responsibilities of the board in family businesses.
